Bootcamp Windows 7 Partition lost after upgrade to El Capitan

So I upgraded to El capitan and as many others who also had a bootcamp partitioned to Windows 7, it seems to be lost. I no longer see it at all and it seems to be that I’ve completely lost my partition.

 

I’ve got a MacBook Air (2012). From looking at other posts of similar nature, posting the outputs to these terminal commands may seem to help better understand what’s going on:
