How do I change my password on EL Capitan mail 9.2

I’m running El Capitan and using Mail to get to my iCloud and Yahoo email.  And, the account settings no longer has a ‘password’ field.  It does not exist in Mail settings, or internet preferences.  Where can I find the place to update and change my password for both my iCloud email and my Yahoo email for MacMail 9.2 running El Capitan?  Please help.  Thank you.  I don’t understand why the password feature field is not included in every other aspect of setting up an email account in the account preferences.  It should be so simple – the way it was yesterday before upgrading up El Capitan.
