How does Aperture work with El Capitan?

Despite the merits of the new Photo app (which I have not assessed other than noting the subscription tendency), I am keen to continue to use Aperture. I am even prepared to vote an offline 2006 MacPro to the sole task of maintaining the photo library and in house sharing. However, I have an iMac from 2012 which currently runs Yosemite 10.10.3 and seems to do fine with Aperture.

So the QUESTION I have is…

   A) if I were to upgrade to El Capitan, is Aperture going to have problem 1) to run as a reliable program and 2) with the existing library of pictures and metadata etc?

   B) If I can’t stand the envy of others that have gone to “Photo” at any time in the future, will I have “missed the boat” as it were in being able to transfer everything to the enviable systems of the future like Photo? (thinking of photos, organisation structure and metadata)

   C) Could I still use the organisation structure of Aperture in parallel? (i.e. use Photo and export back to Aperture)

   D) Will Aperture be able to handle the 30+mb picture quality (shooting RAW)?

(I am indeed not a pro but a keen family photographer hoping not to fossilise) – Thanks for any help on the above!
