where on hard drive is the Pop mail stored in El Capitan?

I can’t find where my Pop mail is stored on my computer since switching to El Capitan (10.11.2).  Usually it’s under USERS, LIBRARY, MAIL, but my USERS folder has no LIBRARY folder anymore.  Anyone?  Thanks in advance.
