I am wondering of i should upgrade to El Capitan on my stock 13″ MBP mid 2010. I have read in many forums that i should upgrade to an SSD drive but i am not sure i have one. I have not done any hardware upgrades to it. The following are the specs:
2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
4GB 1067 MHz DDR3
NVIDIA GeForce 320M 256 MB
If it turns out I do not have an SSD drive, will it still be ok to upgrade to El Capitan?
I am currently running OS X Yosemeti 10.10.5 without any issues. I really do not wanna upgrade if it will slow down my system or cause any problems. I have the space as i dont really have too many apps downloaded, just pics and music.
