OSX el capitan downloaded in germany, now internet responses are i n german.  how do i change back to english?

I am using an iMac Pro.  Running OS X , downloaded the El Capitan update while in Berlin DE.  Now The first responses on intern et queries come back in german language.  I am tempted to download elcappitan in english...
