UI Lag / system lag El capitan

Hello!

I have a MacBook Pro Retina 13″” 2015 and i have some lag in UI and in all the apps. Lag happens occasionally when changing room, or turn off the light

I realized that if I disable the automatic brightness, lag disappears.

This is very strange. Sorry for my bad english and i hope you can help me.
